Symptoms

Customer has an Agent that is running the Action "ASSIGN BEST EQUIPMENT TYPE" when a Shipment is created. The Shipment is created from a Bulk Plan using a Parameter Set different from the Domain default. The Parameter Set used includes a setting for the parameter:

FLEET DEFAULT EQUIPMENT TYPE SAVED QUERY ID

However, the Agent Action is failing when attempting to assign the Equipment Type with the following Error:
