UI Throws ADF Faces Error When Making Selections on Drop-Down Lists

Symptoms
On: RPCS/RPM 23.0.101.0 version
While creating a price change and making a selection on Location Type, the following error is thrown:
ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #17
Similarly, when making a selection on Reason code, change type...etc

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Go to Pricing Cloud Service.
2. Go Tasks - Regular Price Changes - Create Price change group
3. Add header information and Click on the + sign to add a price change
4. navigate through screens and enter data to create a price change
5. Notice the ADF faces an error while making selections in dropdowns.
