400 Bad Request Error For When Logging Back Into Unifier After Logging Out (Doc ID 2960832.1)

Symptoms

After getting logged out of Unifier due to session time out, when logging back into Unifier, users receive one of the errors below:

ERROR
-----------------------

401 Authorization Required

or

400 Bad Request


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier Stage.
  2. Stay logged in until session time.
  3. Log back in to the Portal page.
  4. Click on Unifier.
