Replenishment Issue In Rounding To Cases (Doc ID 2960928.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
REPL_RESULTS.ORDER_ROQ is not updated with rounded quantity as case size.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
REPL_RESULTS.ORDER_ROQ is should update with rounded quantity as case size.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an item with the supplier pack size and rounding level at C
2. Setup replenishment as min max and Store order multipler as C
3. Run the related replinishment batch
6. Noticed the REPL_RESULT.ORDER_ROQ is updated as Max (Not rounded) and ORDLOC.ORDER_QTY updated as rounded qty
