Goal

On Fusion, find that Smart Push is not working on Form Save

For Planning Users, on form save, the system does not perform the Smart Push function from 'Projects' BSO cube to the 'FinCube' BSO cube - no errors are displayed by the form.

What Works: The issue is not present for Service Administrators

For Service Administrators, Smart Push function WORKS on same form.
