Symptoms
When attempting to run sitmain job ,the following error occurs.
ERROR

sitmain_1~20230616041031~update_insert~ITEM_MASTER~-60~ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource~ item = 200xxx, location = 12, status = A. CLOSE cursor C_ITEM in package NEW_ITEM_LOC_SQL.PERSIST ITEM: 200xxx
