After upgrade to OTM/GTM 23C, you may see the following banner message in working with one of the following:

Workbench
Global Header
Rate Maintenance
Landed Cost Simulator

Notification: Due to required architecture changes this screen will be removed in 24A. Please refer to MOS Note 2961367.1 for more details.

Workbenches

If you see this notification it means that you are using a Legacy Workbench which will no longer be supported in 24A. You must convert all of your Legacy workbench layouts to the enhanced workbench.

For Custom Menus

If created your own menus and you have already converted your workbench layouts to the enhanced version but you are still seeing this notification, you will need to update your menu links. Delete your old menu links and create new ones pointing to the converted enhanced workbench layout ID.

For PUBLIC Menus

If using PUBLIC menus, do not change your menus! Oracle will provide a patch with updated menu links.

Global Header

If you see this notification on the springboard, log into OTM/GTM using the single-sign on page and create new URL bookmark to use the enhanced global header and springboard. Also, update any external bookmarks pointing to the ADF home screen. (ADD BOTH URLS)
