When attempting to create ref item, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created item level 1 #I1 - Successful
2. Created item level 2 #I2 with #I1 as item parent. - Successful
3. Created item level 3 #I3 with #I2 as item parent, #I1 as grand parent and primary_upc_ind as 'N'. - Successful
4. Created item level 3 #I4 with #I2 as item parent, #I1 as grand parent and primary_upc_ind as 'Y'. - This is throwing the same error. (Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.ITEM_MASTER_UK1) violated returned by program unit CORESVC_ITEM.PROCESS_IM.)
