ALK Map Is Not Loading in Workbench (Doc ID 2961525.1)

Goal

Customer tries to view the map for the shipment using map shipment action, in the Legacy mode Workbench . Issue is that the map it does not load .
Map used : ALK maps.

 

In order for this to work certain configuration on USER Role level is needed.
