Goal

Naming of discount applied on a order line is required to be changed from current "Attribute-based discount rule applied because <criteria> " etc to the actual Discount Rule Name.

Example:
Given discount attribute based rule name = JMM Discount

When attribute based rule discount is applied, line amount it reads: Attribute-based discount rule applied because <criteria> Unit Price = -166.65 Amount = -1999.80
Business wants it to read: JMM Discount because <criteria> Unit Price = -166.65 Amount = -1999.80
