Following error is seen while editing a Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Application:

The network or server is currently not available so your changes could not be synchronized with the server.
Please check for outages and then click Retry when the problem is resolved.

Additional details

- This issue is consistent.
- No changes have been made.
