Redwood Help Desk - How To Un-assign SR From Agent Once Assigned?

Once an Agent has been assigned to an SR, we're unable to remove their name from the SR to make it unassigned again. It allows us to add another agents name and reassign, but it doesn't allow is to remove it. Is there a way to un-assign SR From Agent Once Assigned?
