Applies to:

Primavera Unifier Cloud Service - Version 23.5 to 23.5 [Release 23.5]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Portfolio Manager data is not being rolled up to Project Cash Flow curves as expected. The expected data is missing from the curves. The issue is only occurring for Shared Budget Portfolios and not Approved Budget portfolios.

Portfolio Data should be updating Cash Flow Curves in Projects/Shells.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > Portfolio Manager > Find and open "Portfolio1"> Select the problematic Planning Period > Click on appropriate tab > Note the monthly data for some sample projects, Proj1, Proj2 & Proj3.
  3. Navigate to Project "PROJ1" > User Mode > Cost Manager > Cash Flow > Open "Cashflow curve1" > Click 3 dots right, expand > Note Curve "Curve1" data does not match the data in the portfolio.
  4. Repeat steps for the other projects noted in the environment and this issue is also displayed in other projects.
