ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Manage Awards - unable to view the award details for a read-only user , instead of the previous edit icon


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Manage Awards - able to view the award details for a read-only user , instead of the previous edit icon


STEPS

 1.Manage Awards

Read-only User Award List: Use the Details icon at the end of the table toolbar in Manage Awards to view the award details for a read-only user, instead of the previous Edit icon, is not available in environment where 23B was applied
