"403 Forbidden" Error When Accessing Unifier from Email Notifcation URL

Symptoms
When attempting to navigate to Unifier from a Task Notification email the following alert occurs:

"403 Forbidden"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Generate a task notification email.
- Navigate to the Notification email in the destination inbox.
- Open the email and select the "View in Uniifier" button.
- Note that upon signing in and navigating to Unifier the above alert window is displayed.
