Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Custom report names are not translated even though the translation has been entered into Internationalization.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Custom Report names should be translated based on the language selected in the user preferences.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in as a user who has the language set to something other than English.
- Navigate to the workspace for the Custom Reports.
- Notice the Custom Reports names are not translated.
