On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Activity Management

When attempting to change Due Date on Activity, an error occurs.

Insufficient privilege to update entity oracle.apps.crmCommon.activities.publicModel.activityManagement.entity.ActivityAssigneeEO

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sales and Service Access Management > Custom Sales Representative > Activity
Check Read and Update of All records.
2. Open Activity record.
3. Change Due Date and Save
