Symptoms
FulfilOrd message fails in MFCS RMSSUB_FULFILORD.CONSUME when consuming with error:
javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_FULFILORD.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16328 bytes (koh-kghu call ,pl/sql vc2)
