The MNT file created by MFCS has MIN_QTY=1 Even for UOM Items

DESCRIBE HOW THE CURRENT PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY IS INSUFFICIENT

When a promotion is created in PCS, the RPM_PROMOTION_CACHE_ADHOC_PROCESS sends the promotion to XOCS, MERCHAPI_JSON batch then pushes the MNT to the XOCS auto-deploy folder, this creates PRC_DEAL_ITEM which contains a MIN_QTY field which defaults to 1.
This causes the promotions to NOT work when the sale transactions have a QTY of KG < 1.

PROVIDE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ENHANCEMENT REQUEST

PCS needs to contain a MIN_QTY field to send to XOCS where the quantity can be set to 0, for inclusion in the MNT file to send to XStore, to allow for promotional sale transactions that have a QTY of KG < 1.
