ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Requisition Approvals

Comment popup is not displayed if you Approve and/or Reject via Bell Icon/Notifications > Show All/Notifications page.

Comment popup is displayed only if you open Approve Requisition Notification then press Approve and/or Reject button. Is this the expected behavior?

BPM Worklist >ReqApproval>  Configuration shows

Mandate Comments before updating these outcomes
Approve Optional
Reject Optional
set up.

 

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Be able to add comments by taking the action through the Bell Icon.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Requisition
2. Submit for approval
3. Approve Requisition Notification is received in Reject via Bell Icon/Notifications > Show All/Notifications page
4. Select Reject
5. Comment popup is not displayed
6. Requisition is Rejected.
