Cancellation Wave Not Cancelling Eligible Orders (Doc ID 2963919.1)

Symptoms

After setting up a cancellation wave template with the setup as follows:

Wave search template = "CANCELLATION"

Cancel Fully Unallocated  - Checked
Cancel Partially Unallocated -Checked

Wave Template search:  CANCEL

Details show an Order Type = WAVEORDER


Dynamic wave search template = "CANCELWS"
Selection criteria: Order hdr cust short text 10 = CANCEL
This dynamic wave template is associated in the wave search template
 

Orders which should be canceled with the Order hdr cust short text 10 = CANCEL are not getting cancelled.

 

Note:  If the same wave template is used via manual wave, the order is cancelled as expected.
