Goal

In Hire an Employee flow, after legal employer (LE) is selected and moved forward to Employment Details section, the working hours is defaulted as defined on LE when none of the attributes like job, position, location are added which is expected. Example, if LE standard working hours is 35, then hire an employee working hours is showing as 35 and derived standard working hours also 35. Now, when a Job is selected which has standard working hours defined as 32, both working hours and derived standard working hours are updating to 32.
Whereas, in Change Assignment flow if the working hours is already 35 and when the Job with standard working hours of 32 is selected, the working hours is not getting updated to 32 (it still remains 35) but derived standard working hours is changing to 32.
