Import Activity Shows A Finished Status But Stays In The 'Active Imports' Card (Doc ID 2964217.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------------
Import Activity shows a finished status and can't be canceled, it still appears in the 'In Progress' card, which stops other import activities from being processed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Once an Import Activity has finished it moves to the Completed Imports allowing new import activities to go to in progress.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Create an Import Activity.
2. Wait for the Import Activity to show a terminal status.
3. See that the Import Activity stays on Active Imports Card.
4. Create more Import Activities and see that they stay in the Queued Imports Card.
