Symptoms
When attempting to load Worker HDL file with Assignment Supervisor information, the following error occurs:
ERROR

"You must enter a valid value for the ManagerType field."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Attempt to load Worker.dat that contains Assignment Supervisor records where the ManagerType field contains Meanings from the MANAGER_TYPE lookup instead of Lookup Codes.
- Error is thrown.
