On: 22B version, Environment Related

Exactly one search criterion must be specified

The control central alert algorithm C1-CCAL-CASE throws an error of ‘Exactly one search criteria must be specified’ if there is more than one case returned by the alert algorithm.

1. Case Search Page

Case Type -- CMREFUNDAA
Person ID -- XXXXXXXXX
Accont ID -- XXXXXXXX
Premise ID -- XXXXXXXXX

2. Still got the error:
Exactly one search criteria must be specified.
