Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Explanation of issue:

Goal plan is assigned to employees with Maximum number of goals allowed = 4.

Problem is it is allowing more than 4 goals to be added.

Steps to reproduce:

● Worker signs in>ME>Career and Performance>Goals>
● In the individual Objectives goals plan, she adds the first goal “TEST 1” and DOES FLAG IT as “Organizational Goal”
● In the individual Objectives goals plan, she adds the second goal “TEST 2” (without flagging it as organizational goal)
● In the individual Objectives goals plan, she adds the third goal “TEST 3” (without flagging it as organizational goal)
● In the individual Objectives goals plan, she adds the fourth goal “TEST 4” (without flagging it as organizational goal)

ISSUE 1: At this point there are 4 goals in the goal plan. Maximum number is 4. System is allowing a fifth to be added.

ISSUE 2: When trying to add a sixth goal, the system gives an error that the maximum number has been reached.

● If first organizational goal “TEST 1” is deleted. Now I have 4 goals in total.
● If adding a a fifth goal as an Organizational Goal, then click Add, the system gives an error message "This Goal plan already has the maximum goals allowed. (HRG-3120410).

ERROR1: The maximum number has been reached

ERROR2: This Goal plan already has the maximum goals allowed. (HRG-3120410)
