Symptoms
Short Description not being copied to Reference Item
ERROR
-----------------------
Item Description and Secondary Descriptions get copied to the reference item (when using the UI), the Short Description is not being copied from the parent item (SKU in this case) to the Reference Item.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SKU item.
2. Create item children
3. Check short description for the reference item

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,short description is not getting copied to child item
