Symptoms
Unable to see action "End Assignment" in the Change Assignment UI even though employee has multiple active assignments present.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to employment info
2. Search the person record
3. Click on action and select change assignment
4. Trying to end assignment but not getting "End Assignment" LoV in drop down for Action.
