Symptoms

Record Stuck in SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD and no entry in SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD_HIST or REJECT table.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Process sales for a non-inventory item from Xstore.
2. Note records stuck in SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD and no data in SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD_HIST.
