Symptoms

 When attempting to run Oracle BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) - Receipt Traveler Report, the following error occurs.

Error:

"ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "FUSION.RCV_RECEIPT_TRAVELER_PKG", line 717 ORA-06512: at line 4".

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Reports and Analytics > Browse Catalog: Shared Folders/Supply Chain Management/Warehouse Operations/ Receipts
  2. Select: Receipt Traveler Report > Click More > Copy > Paste it in another Folder
  3. Click Open, and error is shown.
