Symptoms

The Catalogue extension kept failing with the error message "Cannot initiate publish because pipeline executions are in progress, Please try later," and there is no process in "running" status from the PMF Screen after performing an abort operation for the process that was triggered via API and the process in the UI shows "cancelled" status after aborting the process.
