Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Item navigation buttons in the Stock count Item detail screen are not working.

During stock counting, In the Item Detail screen after entering the qty of an item.
When we click on the Next arrow Item is getting refreshed the qty in units is going to 0 and not moving to Next Item.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Quantity should not get refreshed and should be able to move to next item.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Stock count list screen
2. Select a stock count
3. select a child count.
4. Click on the item and add qty in Units
5. Click on the blue Next (>) button.
