Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

Issue :

Promote Transaction getting failed with below error.

Error :

ORABPEL-30142
exception.code:30142
exception.type: ERROR
exception.severity: 2
exception.name: Reassignment/Delegation to Skipped Users is not allowed.
exception.description: Reassignment/Delegation to users [] is not allowed as all the assignees belong to skipped users [emp.two, emp.one] in realm jazn.com for task definition

Steps :

1. A User Creates a Promote Transaction for an Employee

2. The Transaction goes for Approval and it fails with the above Error.

Error is noticed in the Transaction Console Log and from Fetch Transaction Detail Report.
