RAAC Resource Text String Is Not Replacing Label (Doc ID 2965171.1)

 Problem Statement:

When you change 'Manager' Label to 'Alternate Key' with the RAAC Resource
Text String functionality for Area it failed.
The label will not be transferred.
Changes for others e.g. District works.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. RACC/ Go to Resource Text Strings and Choose Language 0 and set Filter
for Text "Manager"
2. Edit
"oracle.retail.apps.rms.foundation.hierarchy.model.entity.AreaEO.MgrName_LABEL
" and enter the "Alternate Key" in Field "CustomerText"
3. Edit
oracle.retail.apps.rms.foundation.hierarchy.model.view.area.AreaBAreaVO.MgrNam
e_LABEL and enter the "Alternate Key" in Field "CustomerText"
4. RMS/ Go to organizational hierarchy and edit area
--> No Change "MAnager is still shown
