On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Address region under the Contact Info page is no longer appearing after adding a text box to the region.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Address region should still appear.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Page Composer -> Add a Text Box to the Address region.
2. Region no longer appears
