ARCS: Displayed Period At Profiles Level Not Showing For A Certain User (Doc ID 2965470.1)

Symptoms

A certian user,when going into Navigator - Application - Profiles , the Displayed Period , right on Action, is not showing.

The user has Admin roles, and this is needed to export/import properly in the right period etc.
