Symptoms

In RPCS, as part of Nightly schedule why RPM_PURGE_ITEMLOC_PAYLOAD_CC_JOB is running for hours and not getting completed.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into POM.
2. Navigate to Batch Monitoring -> Nightly.
3. See the job - RPM_PURGE_ITEMLOC_PAYLOAD_CC_JOB.
