Symptoms
- During the deployment of the Software Defined Data Center (SDDC), you must provide a SSH key pair which can be used to SSH into the ESXi hosts. If for some reason the keys are lost, you can enable <PASSWORD> based login to the ESXi host and replace the SSH Keys.
- After successful replacement of key, you can login to the ESXi host with newly added key pair.
- When the ESXi Host is restarted, logging using the new key pair is failed. The authorized_keys located at /etc/ssh/keys-opc changes back to the old SSH key pair.
