Transfer Is Not Being Received On The Shopfloor (Doc ID 2965894.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transfer is not being received on the shop floor

The backroom quantity was updated instead of the shopfloor quantity.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As we defined the store config "Store Transfer Default to Shopfloor Receive" as yes, the following flag should be enabled by default and the stock should be updated in Shopfloor.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Validate the store admin configuration "Store Transfer Default to Shopfloor Receive" is defined as yes for the selected store.
Tasks -> Admin -> Configuration -> Store Administration -> Search "Store Transfer Default to Shopfloor Receive"
2. Validate that the security permission "Receive on Shopfloor " is disabled for your user role.
Tasks -> Security -> Role Maintenance -> Open your user role
3. Data:
Item: 128576637
Transfer 30652 -> 30870
4. Validate the shopfloor and backroom qty before proceeding.
5. Create transfer request in store 30870
6. Change to store 30652 and accept the request
7. Create the shipment, confirm and dispatch
8. Change to store 30870 and receive the transfer
9. Validate the stock in EICS

Result: The backroom qty was updated instead of the shopfloor quantity.

Expected result: As we defined the store config "Store Transfer Default to Shopfloor Receive" as yes, the following flag should be enabled by default and the stock should be updated in Shopfloor.
