Symptoms

A Journey task is created to upload a document (like pdf, doc etc) on Person's Document records, where 'Attachments' checkbox is ticked and 'Add Attachments to Document Records' is set to a specific Document Type from LOV.

While uploading an attachment on Journey task, below error is seen.

status failed: We couldnt upload the attachment to document records. Contact your HR representative. (PER-1532709).
