RMFCS - ORDDSCNT_JOB Failed.

ORDDSCNT_JOB has failed, please look into this issue.

Log file found issue:

EXT_PROG_SYS_OUT:/u01/retail/rms/oracle/proc/bin/rmswrap_multi.ksh: orddscnt_4~XXXXXXXX~processfind_items_for_deal~ordloc_discount~-1400~ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ()~INSERT in package find_items_for_deal order_no: XXXXXXX, item: XXXXXX, deal_id: XXXXXXX, deal_detail_id: XX

From the OG guide, it will insert data to ORDLOC_DISCOUNT and ORDHEAD_DISCOUNT tables.

Issue caused by null values were trying to enter ORDLOC_DISCOUNT.
