Goal

Questions regarding Disaster Recovery tests conducted annually and described and document HSGBU.DRR.11 (find it attached).

1. Does the failover applications (step 3) include a restoration of the system from a back-up?

2. Is the failover operation is automatic or does it require manual intervention from AMS team?

3. In case of audit or inspection, we will have to quickly provide evidences of these restoration tests.
Can you confirmed that on this context, Oracle will be able to provide us these evidences within 24 hours ?
