Symptoms
In Data Management Tools > Data File Administration > File upload and download, when trying to upload a file (ex. input_stg_dimensions_hier_intf.dat), the upload fails with following error:
File already exist
There is no file listed in the Upload/Download screen with the same name.
This issue prevents you from uploading critical files.
