Transfers Not Closing / Shipments Not Reconciling.
Researching shipments that are not automatically being reconciled along with the transfers that are not automatically closing. In this example, the customer enabled the system settings to perform this task on 3/24/2023. They saw that this initially began reconciling a lot of shipments, but it has been minimal for the past several days. There are a number of open transfers that appear should be closed, there are also tabs showing our system options related to TSFCLOSE, a tab showing a count of shipments being reconciled since 3/24/2023, and then job audit logs for TSFCLOSE for the last 10 days - Several locking issues, and not sure exactly how many records are being skipped.
Is there anything that can be done to help improve the performance?
This impacts replenishment when these remain open as net inventory is overinflated.
