Activity Task Baseline Fields Under ActivityFinancial Return 0 when read using Primavera Cloud REST API (Doc ID 2966421.1)

Symptoms

When reading any of the following fields using the Activity task /api/restapi/activity/{activityId}:

blplannedExpenseCost: number (double)
blplannedLaborCost: number (double)
blplannedMaterialCost: number (double)
blplannedNonLaborCost: number (double)
blplannedTotalCost: number (double)

e.g. https://primaveracloud.oraclecloud.com/api/restapi/activity/{activityId}

The values returned are always 0, even when specifying baseline type in URL (ORIGINAL, CURRENT, ETC.)
