FA: SCM: OM: Updating/Creating an Order Fails With a SourceChargeComponentId and/or HeaderCurrencyUnitPrice Error. (Doc ID 2966430.1)

Symptoms

A number of errors may be reported related to the - SourceChargeComponentId - attribute:

1. When processing a response to the FulfillmentRequest or OrderFulfillmentResponseService the following error is raised.

The attribute SourceChargeComponentId is missing for service TaskLayerResponseAM. (DOO-2685021)

 

The attribute HeaderCurrencyUnitPrice is missing for service TaskLayerResponseAM.

2. When submitting a REST API or SOAP Service request to create an order where the request is priced externally, ie. pricing information is present in the request payload.

Order management did not create the sales order because the source order does not include a value for required attribute SourceChargeComponentId.

 

The attribute HeaderCurrencyUnitPrice is missing for service TaskLayerResponseAM.
