Last updated on SEPTEMBER 16, 2023

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Terms Library

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

We have defined a few fields and created variables for the same. the variables are defined under clauses.
Variables are defined in two ways:
1) DFF defined for date field, for that direct DFF population is not available under variables, hence custom field has been created and script has been written. It has been populated through variable using object. This DFF is appearing in track mode while downloading the contract. which is not correct.
2) Scripts are written for DFF to fetch the supplier address and GST number details from supplier master. While trying to populate variable directly using DFF it is appearing blank. Hence tried using custom field and script using trigger, values are getting populated in contract but while downloading it is coming in track mode change. Which is not correct.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The variable to come in the contract without coming in track mode

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Variables for List Of Value and Date format based application composer fields
2. Insert Variables in clause text
3. Download Contract Document in Docx format
