Inventory Control Dashboard Does Not Load The Stock Orders Pending Close Report

Symptoms
If a user try to use the Inventory Control Dashboard the Stock Orders Pending Close Report gets the loading status, and stays that way indefinitely without returning any information.
The users waited more than 1 hour and the status did not change.
To try to reduce the number of records, was selected on the filters the Chain 1, Location 7001, Department 1000 but without success.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Enter on the inventory Control Dashboard
2- Select the filters Chain (Division) 1, Location 7001, Department (Sub-Department) 1000
