Fusion Absence Management: 23C Absence redwood page Error Exception during RestAction (Doc ID 2966872.1)

Symptoms

Enabled required profile options to enable the redwood pages for the Absences, but when the Employee tries to access the redwood Absence pages, the following error is being thrown.

All Employees had the same issue in Existing Absences and Absence Balances pages.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

After upgrading to 23C Release, the Customer enabled the redwood pages for the Absences.

The customer followed the below 23C Release notes and enabled the below Profile Values:

Manage Administrator Profile Values
ORA_ANC_EXISTING_ABSENCES_VBCS_UI_ENABLED
ORA_ANC_PLAN_BALANCE_VBCS_UI_ENABLED

Customer using the Custom Employee Role

1. On the Home page, click Me--> Click the Time and Absences.
2. Click the Existing Absences tile and Absence Balance tile
