ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The delete option is not displayed in the Allocated Checklist to delete an assigned journey.
Some users have a duplicated an assigned journey and when trying to delete it later, the option is not displayed. This issue is happening for some users and for some journeys allocated to them.
User had changed the display settings for Delete Journey option from hidden to show, allocated the checklist again to the user. User can see the delete option for the new allocation but still cannot see it for already allocated journey.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to see delete option for all journeys allocated to users.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Journeys > Assigned Journeys > Search for a person > Click on the journey to be deleted > Cannot delete the journey as the Actions button is missing.
